Tysabri Monotherapy

Hate to say I told you so, but the news is out that Biogen Idec and Elan will not be pursuing the Avonex / Tysabri combination therapy.

Instead, they will be going for a purely Tysabri monotherapy approach to treating multiple sclerosis (if the FDA allows reintroduction).

I've been following the Tysabri controversy on this site for almost a year now, so be sure to read up on my research in the archives.
