they’re ripping the cover of the ball in China.
SBUX was smart enough to take a stake in some tea companies down there (and test the waters) prior to mass rollout — it was a good move.
I expect SBUX to have a great 2006.

The last 4.5 years for SBUX has truly been incredible.
Up 325% since late September 2001. Last 2 weeks in Sept. 2001, SBUX was hovering at 17. After a run-up, a split, and another run-up, that $17 share is at $72.34 today.
