Picks Vs. Watches

So I always come across charts that are not buys or shorts at the moment so I tell myself to watch what they do so I can determine if I should short or buy them. But most times I forget what stocks they were.  Other charts I come across and usually put up on here are buys or shorts at the moment I read them. I am going to start putting stocks that I am watching  on here so I do not forget about them.  I will clarify if I am watching them or if I think they are going to make a move soon.
