YCC Cup & Handle

YCC has broken out of a cup and handle formation. Probability trades favor a bounce at the current support (yellow line).
Keep an eye on it.

Risky stock, I think. YCC is the leader in the premium candles category but it has a fair ammount of debt on the books. They’ve been doing something I hate to see — borrow money to buy back stock.
makes no sense — in a perfect world, a company’d repurchase its stock strictly with the funds that come from free cah flow (operating cash flow - total cap ex)…..
otherwise, this is a name that the Street doesn’t bring up too often but not a bad biz to invest in. It’s amazing how well-branded YCC’s products have become.
