$RUT Bearish

The markets are looking pretty grim right now. In fact, many short term trendlines on other indices are already breaking down.
The $RUT is on the verge of breaking down. If it doesn’t bounce off the ~740 support tomorrow, it will mark an end to the rally we had the last couple months.
