February Fundamentals Screen

I ran my fundamentals scan just now, which screens for parameters that hint at fast-growing companies with solid fundamentals. Therefore, I present to you the TBT15 (The Bull Trader 15), the top 15 stocks that came up in this scan.

Is there a scan available which can identify stocks where Bollinger Bands are contracting (very close) and a price explosion is inevitable…!!!

hey space,
been really busy with life lately, so havent gotten a chance to research scans. however, are you talking about the BB WIDTH parameter in stockcharts? if so, what value should i screen for?

pay attention to FCBP. there is a guy on the board of the company called john eggemeyer.

he was an LBO banker in the 90s and has executed and put together some of the biggest deals in historym, like the famous chemical bank/chase merger.

since he joined FCBP’s board, FCBP has bought out tons of banks out in cali/san diego.

I think very strongly that he will roll up a couple more under FCBP, then sell FCBP to a gaint like BAC or WB b/c san diego is such a hot part of the country right now.

If you want to know more about eggemeyer, google “castle crek capital partners.”

that is the LBO shop this guy runs — all they do is buy banks!

he is only using FCBP as a “rollup vehicle.”

I have been tracking the stock since it was at 26 and then again at 36 — it goes up, but never on any news.

it is the sort of stock you’ll never see in the papers until it’s deal time.

thanks for the info C!

as for PHX, SNHY, and MCRI, i like MCRI’s chart the most because it has an uptrend and is above the 50DMA
