CHK Chart

I added CHK, Chesapeake Energy, to my watchlist because it has such a good looking chart. In the last 3 years, this stock has been in a strong uptrend, never dropping below its 50 DMA.
Right now I’m thinking about buying a small amount of shares around $30. What I’m wondering is why there is so much insider buying going on at CHK. The brass in CHK have been on an insider buying spree lately, so I’ll probably try to dig up some info on that later tonight if I’m not doing anything.
If someone has some info on whats going on at CHK, please contact me.
