Hey JB, Your observation is correct, but in my opinion I only see that as a short term blunder if that. Dont get me wrong, a trend change can always occur, but until then, I want to be on the right side, and right now the right side is long.

OMTR is interesting here. Goal line stand or break? Here’s where to make your bets.
Great blog. We’ll have to put it on our list to follow.

DRYS and EXM are both up in A.H’s right now. Don’t you expect a pullback in this sector, even if it is a slight one?

Always interesting posts.
This post prompted me to take a look at several of the above mentioned names. Couldn’t help but notice several observations in a few of these stocks:
DRYS - Negative divergences on the weekly chart in the RSI and the RSI & MACD in the daily chart. In addition, today’s (9/4) volume was almost double the 30-day average with a failed advance and decline into yesterday’s range.
BIDU - Potential negative divergence in the weekly RSI & divergence in weekly MACD historgram.
These don’t necessarily mean a trend reversal is in the cards, but if they play out a trend change might occur. Would like to hear your thoughts.
