FREE Airline Ticket Offer from American Express

Looks like the recent credit and mortgage meltdowns have taken a toll on American Express (AXP). They are aggressively trying to land new business credit customers, so they are currently giving away FREE domestic round-trip airplane tickets if you sign up for their American Express Gold Business Card.

Business Gold Rewards Card from OPEN(SM) the small business team

This offer expires August 31st, so act fast and get your free plane ticket.

I just sent an application for the gold card the other day before this offer came out. does that mean that i can also take advantage of this offer or is the other offer of spending $500 before oct. 31,2007 the same offer ( I get two airline tickets if i spend $500 before oct. 31, 2007) please advise. thank you.

melda,
this is a different offer from that one. if you just sent in the other app and havent actually received the card yet, i would recommend signing up for this offer instead.

Was this a paid post (advertisement)?

Well, there are lots of credit cards with the help of which you can get free tickets. I can say that these offers are created to attract more people. However, this method works.

It’s really sad when companies rape people with outrageous interest rates and then try to lure them back with free plane tickets. AMX is getting what they deserve. They’re the most deceitful credit card company in my opinion. Anyways, wizetrade does show a step downwards slope.

Screw American. I only fly Delta anyway. They are soooo lame. Anyways, I would stay clear of the airline industry right now. Especially since the world news just reported a ticket increase for passengers of most all airlines. Even Southwest! Wizetrade is showing some negative gains also. Thank god wizetrade is in real-time, because right after that report was released, stocks were being dumped.

I just don’t trust this stock. They seem kind of “murky.” What do you all think? I think I need to keep a tight stop with wizetrade.
