Wow, great pick up. I wish I had listened to your advice (and my comment saying 14 would provide support). Where do you see this going now? $16.50 looks like it could be a short-term ceiling. I think the June 15 puts might still be worth selling and for the more daring, the June 17.50 calls if 18.00 is the ceiling.

Brett, I’m new to these technical analysis trading. But you are the man! Thank’s for the WONDERFUL advice!

I’m glad I follow your advice and made good money today by buying SMSI at $14.85… Where do you think this is going now? Is the Resistance too strong to break through in the short term? how long would it take to reach $18?

Well I am glad that you made some money. Feels good. For the short term I really dont feel comfortable saying anything. The question about how long it will take until it hits $18? Prob before next earnings report, lol. I really don`t know. I do not feel comfortable with the chart to give you a good answer that I could feel confident in. Lets watch how it trades the next few days. If it starts to break out and hit 20 again next week then this thing can go. But lets just watch it for now.

Was too risky for me, congrats on the trade.

It filled the gap rather quickly, eh?

Brett,
What’s up with SMSI, is it going to sink further? It did show some recovery today but I am already negative. Should I keep it or just exit out? Thx.

Hey Jim. I would like to see SMSI retrace back to $15 and hold that spot before going back up. Lets just keep an eye on it for now. The chart is really shaky ever since those fools downgraded the stock right after I bought it. I would not exit quite yet. Hopefully I am right.
