IPII In Play

I’d like to thank reader William for writing in via the Submit a Story form to bring this next stock, IPII, to my attention.

In a nutshell, IPII "engages in the manufacture and distribution of building materials to building materials dealers and others located primarily in Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, and to a lesser extent, other states in the southeastern part of the United States, as well as foreign countries."

Investors are currently treating this stock as a hurricane play as Katrina rips through the region.

Take a look at the chart for IPII and you’ll see its well in play. It also perfectly filled a gap today. From a technical standpoint, an entry right now is risky, but I’ll be watching the chart in realtime tomorrow to buy on strength and sell on weakness. I’m not experienced with this style of trading, however, so chances are I’ll be on the sidelines.

Another good hurricane stock is RIN. They manufacture concrete pipes in the region.
